Brookstone iConvert Photo Scanner Problems?

Do you have questions about your iConvert Photo Scanner from Brookstone?  Here are some users’ common questions about Brookstone iConvert Photo Scanner problems.

Q: What operating systems does the Brookstone iConvert Scanner software support?

A: The photo scanning software supports Windows XP.  Currently, users are reporting problems with the Brookstone iConvert photo scanning software working on Windows Vista.

Q: Is automatic batch photo scanning available?

A: No.  Your photos have to be scanned manually.

Q: Are there advanced instructions for using the iConvert photo scanner?

A: One of the most common Brookstone iConvert Photo Scanner problems is that this scanner is designed for user friendly plug and use set up.  If you need more advanced settings and image editing power, you’ll need to buy a more advanced model photo scanner such as the Canon Canoscan Color Photo/Negative/Slide Scanner. You’ll also want to get photo editing and restoration software such as Adobe Photoshop.  However, this scanner is perfect for those who want to quickly and easily scan their personal photos without having to mess around with advanced scanning software or imaging settings.

I won a Brookstone iConvert slide & negative scanner in a raffle and it will not work in my computer (windows 7). I wouldn’t have bought a raffle ticket if I knew it only worked in windows xp and vista.
