Scans at 700k, not at 5 mp
The description clearly states that this produces 5 megapixel images. Untrue! All of my scans thus far have been around 700k.

Good enough
After reading many of the reviews, I was concerned but went ahead and ordered it anyway. I’m glad I did. Slides come out very well. B&W negatives aren’t as good but still OK.

Very Pleased and Got What I Expected

Preserve your pics
This product provides a low cost method of preserving those priceless slides and negatives. If your looking for speed this is not your product…..it is a slow process.

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING THIS UNIT
This is a junk unit which is sold by a bunch of crooks. The quality of the digitized pictures of the slides are extremely bad. Practically, they are useless.

Works really great, converted images from slide to digital images, came out better than the faded 30 – 40 year old pictures and it was really fast.
