EASY TO USE & GREAT VALUE
Some reviews here are outdated. I got mine 7/09, and spent that afternoon at my kitchen table scanning over 500(!

    Wolverine F2D100 Image Scanner
Works really great, converted images from slide to digital images, came out better than the faded 30 – 40 year old pictures and it was really fast.

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING THIS UNIT
This is a junk unit which is sold by a bunch of crooks. The quality of the digitized pictures of the slides are extremely bad. Practically, they are useless.

    Preserve your pics
This product provides a low cost method of preserving those priceless slides and negatives. If your looking for speed this is not your product…..it is a slow process.

Very Pleased and Got What I Expected
I’ve had the F2D for a couple of weeks now and have scanned about 200 color slides and negatives, mostly old family photos.

    Works for me!
I read the reviews and bought the scanner with some trepidation. I too intended to take it to my parents’ to scan a couple thousand slides.

    Good enough
After reading many of the reviews, I was concerned but went ahead and ordered it anyway. I’m glad I did. Slides come out very well. B&W negatives aren’t as good but still OK.

    Workable scanner
I saw a lot of reviews and was skeptical but decided to go for it. Other than problems getting dust on the scanner, which can be difficult to remove, I thought it works pretty…

Scans at 700k, not at 5 mp
The description clearly states that this produces 5 megapixel images. Untrue! All of my scans thus far have been around 700k.
