I have a Iconvert 35mm brookstone scanner fs-500-4 another #on scanner is08279. I am hopping there are drivers so it can be used with an apple computer.

I need help finding a driver for iCONVERT which works with windows VISTA. I have converted 300 slides successfully and now the scanner has stopped working. Re-installing original driver hasn’t helped.

I spent a lot of time trying to install the scanner but it could not be done. Where can I find a web page to download a working software for the Brookstone iConvert slide and negative scanner?

I won a Brookstone iConvert slide & negative scanner in a raffle and it will not work in my computer (windows 7). I wouldn’t have bought a raffle ticket if I knew it only worked in windows xp and vista.

I have an iconvert scanner purchased in 2009 I have loaded 2 times on my computor. It shows it in programs but it will not open A warning came up when installing location 0x771248c0 can not be read
